Hi, my name is Amber and I live with my husband Robert, daughter Finnley, son Iain, and dog Pixie in Washington state. I try to live minimally and green, learning to live with less while making more of life. We are book reading, art making, dirt playing, saturday market shopping people. This blog is the journey of raising children in a world that is always looking forward and never in the now. My husband and I are opposites in almost every way, he loves video games and pizza, and I love salad and books of all kinds. Trying to find balance in our little piece of the world on a daily basis.
